Technical information strictly necessary for the operation and security of the service may also be processed.

To answer availability requests and visitor questions.
To allow the purchase of an audio guide and access to the reserved route.
To allow the use of a ticket purchased directly or received from a partner platform.

Private-tour requests are transmitted using a server-side e-mail delivery service.
When online payments are enabled, payments will be processed by Stripe. Walking Happy Tour is not intended to retain the customer’s complete bank-card details.

Contact and availability requests are retained for the period necessary to process them and follow up the relationship with the visitor, and are then deleted when they are no longer useful, unless a legal obligation applies or evidence must be retained in the event of a dispute.
Order-related information is retained for the periods necessary to provide the service and comply with applicable accounting and tax obligations.
